First close Thunderbird, because it writes to the user preferences file on exit.

Then open the prefs.js user preferences file in the C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\<unique-folder-name>.default folder and adjust the following lines to the desired order:

user_pref("mail.accountmanager.accounts", "account8,account9,account7,account3,account4,account5,account6,account2,account1");
user_pref("mail.accountmanager.defaultaccount", "account8");

While waiting for ZOEGirl to perform at Disney's Night of Joy I met a fine young man named Dustin who after learning of some of my musical tastes told me of a young fellow named "Leeland" who I might well appreciate in part because of the lovely melodies and in part because of the passionate sounds of worship.

I replaced my HP PSC 750xi printer with a new one. The Officejet is much faster and has an Ethernet card so I can print from any computer on the network. It has a built in photo printer that reads a variety of camera cards, including the one I use in my Olympus digital camera. You can see the card slots on the front bottom right.

The black ink cartridge lasts for about 500 pages, and the color ink cartridge far less. And the cartridges are pretty expensive. I guess that is part of the reason why the printer is so inexpensive, I got it for $299 from TigerDirect.

To get it working on Gentoo, I had to emerge the foomatic and hpijs packages, then install the HP-OfficeJet_7200-hpijs.ppd Postcript printer definition file in /usr/share/cups/model.

I recently got a pair of Diadora soccer cleats. They are so comfortable I can hardly tell I'm wearing them when I play.
